two vegetable capsules contain:

barberry (Berberis vulgaris) extract (6:1) 100 mg.
grapefruit seed extract 40 mg.
calcium (calcium undecylenate) 15 mg.
lavender extract 266 mg.
   (standardized to contain 15% essential oil)
tea tree oil extract 266 mg.
   (standardized to contain 15% essential oil)
red thyme extract 133 mg.
   (standardized to contain 15% essential oil)

Dosage:

4–6 capsules per day, in divided doses, just before meals, with 6–8 oz. water.
